AGT engineered and deployed the complete network backbone for the Ministry of Border Affairs — routers, switches, LAN, wireless, structured cabling, server racks, network OS hardening, firewalls and HD video-conferencing. The deployment supports inter-departmental collaboration across Myanmar's diverse border regions.

AGT delivered the IT backbone for one of Myanmar's largest state-owned banks: branch networking, head-office rack servers, secure connectivity to ATM and core banking systems, and ongoing maintenance.

AGT supplied and installed the surveillance infrastructure for UNDP's Myanmar offices including high-definition PTZ and dome cameras, secure recording and integrated alerting — meeting United Nations security standards.
Scope: Embedded VSCAN Under-Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS)
Sule Shangri-La selected AGT's UVSS for its main vehicle entry, providing 2–3 second high-resolution undercarriage imaging for every arriving vehicle. The system handles VIP motorcades and high-volume daily traffic with whole-image display, plate recognition and audio-visual alarms.
Scope: 5 kW Solar Power System for the Naypyitaw organic farm
In partnership with ACO Investment Group and Convalt Energy, AGT installed a 5 kW Solar Power System to supply renewable energy for farm irrigation at the Ministry of Agriculture's organic farm. The system uses 20 modules connected through two 2.5 kW inverters.
Scope: Distribution of household solar systems across multiple townships
Over the 2015–2016 financial year, AGT supplied and distributed thousands of single-house solar systems to communities in Rakhine State (Paletwa & Buthidaung), Magway, and rural Yangon. The systems include 80W & 90W solar home kits with controllers, batteries and LED lighting.
From multi-storey Government housing complexes to long-span bridges and rural road programmes, AGT's 51-strong Construction Department has been entrusted with delivering some of the most demanding civil engineering projects under successive Government tender cycles. Every photograph below is from a real AGT project — engineered, supplied, built and handed over by our own teams.
Scope: Multi-storey Government housing complex — full civil + structural construction, MEP fit-out, IT & integrated solar.
Maha Bandula Housing was one of AGT's flagship Government construction programmes — delivered turn-key by our in-house construction, MEP and renewable-energy teams. Works covered site clearance, deep foundation excavation, reinforced-concrete column & beam frame, floor slabs, scaffolded external walls, façade and interior finishing — followed by electrical, plumbing and fire-safety MEP, IT cabling and a rooftop solar installation.
Scope: Full-package design and construction of a 3-storey commercial office building.
Delivered between December 2017 and June 2018 on a 55' × 65' footprint — earthworks and foundation, reinforced-concrete frame and floor slabs, brick partition walls, external finishing, electrical & plumbing services, and full hand-over. The project was completed on schedule with zero lost-time safety incidents.
Scope: Design, build & finishing of a four-storey residential apartment block delivered during 2018–2019.
An 80' × 32' four-storey residential apartment, executed by AGT's construction department from ground-breaking ceremony through excavation, RC frame, façade and finishes to occupancy-ready handover. Site progress was formally inspected and certified at key milestones.
Scope: Road formation, drainage & aggregate works under the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 financial-year tenders of the Department for the Development of Border Areas & National Races.
AGT delivered multiple road-upgrade contracts across Rakhine State, including the Pa Chaung – Taung Yin Aung – Sit Aing Su (Ka Lin Aung – Kan Pite – Lan Sote) section. Works ran from initial survey and earthworks through drainage culverts, sub-base and base aggregate placement, surfacing and field acceptance testing — handed over and certified for public use under successive Department tender cycles.
Scope: Design and construction of reinforced-concrete bridges for remote road networks under the 2018/2019 budget cycle of the Department for the Development of Border Areas & National Races.
AGT's civil engineering team delivered multiple bridge crossings — from river-bed survey and pile-foundation works through pier and abutment construction, deck reinforcement and pouring, parapet and railing installation, and final commissioning. Two flagship structures (Bridge #1 and Bridge #2) were finished, painted in distinctive heritage colours and opened for public use, restoring year-round access for the surrounding communities.
Scope: Full factory training programme for Leidos VACIS Vehicle Full-Scan systems
AGT's technical team has completed multi-week classroom and field training in Leidos (SAIC) vehicle full-scan systems, including hands-on operator certification and bomb-squad coordinated drills. AGT trainers transfer this knowledge to customer operators across Myanmar.
