AGT engineered and deployed the complete network backbone for the Ministry of Border Affairs — routers, switches, LAN, wireless, structured cabling, server racks, network OS hardening, firewalls and HD video-conferencing. The deployment supports inter-departmental collaboration across Myanmar's diverse border regions.
Scope: e-Government / Banking IT Infrastructure
AGT delivered the IT backbone for one of Myanmar's largest state-owned banks: branch networking, head-office rack servers, secure connectivity to ATM and core banking systems, and ongoing maintenance.

End-to-end IP CCTV deployment across guest floors, lobbies, BoH areas and external perimeter. Megapixel IP cameras with DVR recording and network-attached storage. Decentralised architecture for high availability.

AGT supplied and installed the surveillance infrastructure for UNDP's Myanmar offices including high-definition PTZ and dome cameras, secure recording and integrated alerting — meeting United Nations security standards.
Scope: Embedded VSCAN Under-Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS)
Sule Shangri-La selected AGT's UVSS for its main vehicle entry, providing 2–3 second high-resolution undercarriage imaging for every arriving vehicle. The system handles VIP motorcades and high-volume daily traffic with whole-image display, plate recognition and audio-visual alarms.
Scope: 5 kW Solar Power System for the Naypyitaw organic farm
In partnership with ACO Investment Group and Convalt Energy, AGT installed a 5 kW Solar Power System to supply renewable energy for farm irrigation at the Ministry of Agriculture's organic farm. The system uses 20 modules connected through two 2.5 kW inverters.
Scope: Distribution of household solar systems across multiple townships
Over the 2015–2016 financial year, AGT supplied and distributed thousands of single-house solar systems to communities in Rakhine State (Paletwa & Buthidaung), Magway, and rural Yangon. The systems include 80W & 90W solar home kits with controllers, batteries and LED lighting.
Scope: Multi-storey Government housing complex (Construction, Solar & IT)
Civil and structural works, electrical and IT fit-out, plus integrated solar power for the Maha Bandula housing development. Earthworks, foundations, RC columns, structural framing and finishing — all delivered by AGT's in-house construction department.
Scope: Full-package design and construction of a 3-storey commercial office building
Completed between December 2017 and June 2018 — earthworks, RC frame, brick walls, external finishing, MEP services and handover-ready turnkey delivery on a 55' × 65' footprint.
Scope: Design, build & finishing of a residential apartment block during 2018–2019
An 80' × 32' four-storey residential apartment delivered by AGT's construction department — from ground-breaking ceremony and excavation, through structural frame and façade, to occupancy-ready handover.
Scope: Road formation, drainage & aggregate works under the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 financial-year tenders of the Department for the Development of Border Areas & National Races.
AGT delivered multiple road upgrade contracts across Rakhine State, including the Pa Chaung – Taung Yin Aung – Sit Aing Su (Ka Lin Aung – Kan Pite – Lan Sote) section. Earthworks, drainage, aggregate base, surfacing and project handover, completed and certified for use.
Scope: Design and construction of reinforced concrete bridges for remote road networks under the 2018/2019 budget cycle.
AGT's civil team delivered multiple bridge crossings — from piling and abutments through pier construction, deck pouring, parapets and final commissioning. Two flagship structures were finished and opened for public use, restoring year-round access for surrounding communities.
Scope: Full factory training programme for Leidos VACIS Vehicle Full-Scan systems
AGT's technical team has completed multi-week classroom and field training in Leidos (SAIC) vehicle full-scan systems, including hands-on operator certification and bomb-squad coordinated drills. AGT trainers transfer this knowledge to customer operators across Myanmar.
